Safety Management
This covers such areas as :
- scheduled audits/inspections,
- client and sub-contractors meetings,
- training policies,
- risk assessments and method statements
All of the above are planned at the out set of a project and are maintained on a monthly basis.
This enables strict monitoring/control of all aspects of our safety management system, details of which are held within our Safety Division based computerised system.
This enables us to identify trends for the scheduling of the Company’s Policy, in areas such as accident statistics, etc.
Reviews are undertaken at the end of each project, which also enables lessons to be learned for future implementation in addition to the identification of training needs for all personnel from management to operatives.
